Ellwood City will be one of over 100 virtual locations to take place in the largest virtual game of catch next Wednesday June 30th. Potter Baseball Tour Comes To Koppel Friday

On Friday July 17th, the Potter Baseball Tour will be coming to the Koppel Borough baseball field. Renovations will start at 7:00 AM and they need all the help they can get with a minimum need of 60 workers including volunteers and players. Lunch will be provided and to wrap up the day, there will be a Koppel versus Potter Tour game at 6:00 PM. Potter Baseball Tour Stops In Ellwood City

The Potter Baseball Tour made its ninth annual stop in Ellwood City on Friday, July 13. Led by former Ellwood City baseball standout Jeff Potter, the tour visits over 30 cities in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio and Virginia throughout July. The first tour game was played nine years ago on July 2, 2010 at Sanders Field. Since then the tour has become a staple in towns throughout the Middle Atlantic states.
