Mayor Court Presents Proclamation Honoring Hoots Music Center 30-Year Anniversary
Mayor Anthony J. Court recently presented a proclamation to Tony “Hoots” Mazzei to help celebrate his 30 years as “Hoots Music Center”. “Tony Mazzei served Ellwood City and the surrounding areas with dedication and commitment in the music industry,” said Mayor Court in an emailed statement. “Throughout his history he provided our community with music lessons and instruments with grace and distinction. Tony Mazzei was a positive influence in many children’s lives that he had the honor in teaching.
