Court recently presented a proclamation to Tony “Hoots” Mazzei to help celebrate his 30 years as “Hoots Music Center”. “Tony Mazzei served Ellwood City and the surrounding areas with dedication and commitment in the music industry,” said Mayor Court in an emailed statement. “Throughout his history he provided our community with music lessons and instruments with grace and distinction. Mayor Anthony J. Court presented a proclamation this week to Tony “Hoots” Mazzei for his recent Heritage Marker from Beaver County Historical Research and Landmark Foundation. Mayor Court recognized Mr. Mazzei for his historical significance for his building at 1001 South Second Street, Ellwood City, PA.
