4th Annual Dog Days Of Summer Returns Next Weekend

Woof, woof! The fourth annual Reed’s Services Dog Days of Summer event will take place next weekend in Ewing Park. The multi-day event is scheduled to take place 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21st and Saturday, June 22nd, and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 23rd. The event is rain or shine, pet friendly, and will benefit police K9 unites in Lawrence and Beaver counties. The 3rd Annual Dog Days of Summer, which is sponsored by Reeds Services, and benefits police K9s took place on Saturday and Sunday in Ewing Park. Forces having K9s is a dying program because of the lack of funding available according to Chad Reed of Reed’s Services. Reed has said that as pet lovers and advocates of community safety, he is dedicated to continuing this program into the future.
