HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority (PBDA) announced today that Comcast Cable Communications, LLC (Beaver County) is being awarded over $4.2 million and Armstrong Telecommunications, Inc. (Butler County) is being awarded over $16.6 million to increase access to reliable, high-speed internet, according to Sen.
