Patricia L. “Patti” Rossi, 85, formerly of Myrtle Beach, passed away on Saturday, August 27th, 2022 at the Quality of Life Services in New Castle. Patti was born on October 23rd, 1936 in Ellwood City to the late Henry and Mary (Reed) Slevin. She graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1954 and was a former member of the St. Agatha Church. Patti enjoyed traveling and reading and was a dog lover at heart. Joann E. McCullough, 83, formerly of Ellwood City, passed away on August 28th, 2022 at Cranberry Place. Joann was born on July 9th, 1939 in Kittanning to the late John and Effie Perry Sr. She graduated from Kittanning Highschool with the class of 1957. Joann was known for keeping to herself, playing bingo, and spending time with her family. Mark K. Dover, 64, of Neshannock Township passed away at his residence on Friday, August 26th, 2022. Mark was born in New Castle on February 10th, 1958 to the late Donald L. and Betty Ann (Bixler) Dover. He had graduated from Laurel High School with the class of 1976. Following high school, Mark enlisted with the United States Marine Corps on December 7th, 1976 and served until his discharge on March 19th, 1982 with the rank of Corporal. Born in Ellwood City on March 18, 1934, Bob was the son of the late, Manuel & Alice Mitchell Harper.  He is survived by his wife, the former Catherine L.
