Kim R. “Goat” Goatley, 68, of East Liverpool (formerly of Chewton) passed away Sunday, October 20, 2024 at Valley Oaks Care Center in East Liverpool. Born January 11, 1956 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Gus Leonard and Dorothy Penney Goatley. He was married to Anita English Goatley when she passed away on May 17, 2022.
