Alexander C. Wisbith, 80, of Chippewa Township passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at VA Hospital-Aspinwall following a lengthy illness. Born October 29, 1943 in Wampum, he was the son of the late Raymond and Veronica Jaskolka Wisbith. Alexander or as everyone who knew him, Alex, was known as the strongest man they have ever met, both inside and out. Along with his strength, he was matched with his giving heart, willing to help anyone in need. These two traits carried him through as he served in the Army during the Vietnam era. Thomas Machine, 86, of Beaver Falls passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at North Hills Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pittsburgh. He was the son of the late Peter and Harriet Machine and was born December 30, 1937, in Point Marion, PA. He is survived by his wife; Mary Machine of Beaver Falls; his children, Todd (Beth) of Pittsburgh; Rebecca of Beaver Falls; and granddaughter, Sarah. Daughter, Pamela, preceded him in death. Born January 11, 1956 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Gus Leonard and Dorothy Penney Goatley. He was married to Anita English Goatley when she passed away on May 17, 2022.
