Dale E. Young, 72, of Ellwood City passed away Saturday, February 25, 2023 at UPMC Passavant. Born November 16, 1950 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Russell A. and Ruth L. Linzey Young. He was married to Theresa Prinkey Young on January 4, 1980. Dale had graduated from Lincoln High School. He worked for Koppel Steel in the Steelyard. An outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Dale also enjoyed traveling and was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan. His most cherished moments were spent with his family. Survivors include his wife, Theresa; two sons, Andy (Sarah) and…

Cherian Rae Small, 76, of New Castle passed away Saturday, February 25, 2023 at UPMC Montefiore following a brief illness. Born January 30, 1947 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Mary Irene Hazel Foreman. Cherian had graduated from Lincoln High School. She worked as a beautician and was Presbyterian by faith. She loved dancing and sewing. Her grand and great-grandchildren were her life. Mrs. Vita L. Prence, 94, of Koppel passed away on Saturday, February 25th, 2023 at Concordia at Villa St. Joseph in Baden. Mrs. Prence was born in Koppel on September 2nd, 1928 to the late Charles and Rose (Petti) Nardone. She had graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1945.
