Beverly A. Yoho, 71, of Northwestern Dr., Ellwood City (Wayne Twp.) passed away Sunday, January 1, 2017 at the Family Hospice in Lawrenceville following a short illness. Born March 28, 1945 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late George W. “Mick” and Dorothy E. Laughlin Huffman. She was married to Frank N. Yoho who survives. Beverly had formerly worked at the Ellwood City Knitting Mill and also as the secretary for Zajac Trucking in Wampum. Sarah “Sally” B. Abels, 77, of Harpers Ferry Road, North Sewickley Twp., passed away at Heritage Valley Beaver on Friday, December 30, 2016. Born in Beaver Falls on April 21, 1939, Sally was the daughter of the late Delbert and Sara Neidlinger Scott. She married Ray Abels on February 20, 1960. Sally and Ray operated and managed three Falcon Stations; Franklin Twp., New Brighton, and on Route 18 in Big Beaver. Born November 3, 1955 in Meadville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry E. and Geraine Stallard Watkins. She was married for 30 years to Anthony C. D’Arrigo who survives. Nancy was a member of the Springfield Church of God, where she belonged to their sewing club. They hand made many items for nursing homes and the elderly. Mr. John DeLoia, 83, of Perry Twp. passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2016 in the Northview Estates. Mr. DeLoia was born on November 30, 1933 in Ellwood City to the late Joseph A. and Eda Bettoni DeLoia. He is a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1951 and the Holy Redeemer Parish.
