John G. “Jack” Fury, 96, formerly of Hickernell Rd., Ellwood City (Wurtemburg) passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Jameson Care Center after a period of declining health. John was born in Ellwood City, on April 8, 1920. He was the son of the late Harry and Isabelle Majors Fury. John attended grade school in Wurtemburg where he lived his entire life. Skoczylas Pogozelec. He was married for 52 years to Dorothy A. (Tedrow) Pogozelec as they were married on June 22, 1963. She survives. Lois I. McCandless, 86, of Lowell, MI, formerly of Ellwood City, passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning, April 5, 2016 at Green Acres of Lowell, MI. She was born in Ellwood City on April 28, 1929 to the late Clyde L. Emmett S. Burns, Jr., 74, of Frisco, Ellwood City, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 3, 2016 at his residence. He was born in Ellwood City on August 29, 1941 to the late Emmett S.
