Katherine “Kay” Krupa, 74 of Fourth Avenue, Koppel passed away at the ER of the Ellwood City Hospital on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 8:12 p.m. Born in Ellwood City on Nov. 22, 1941, Kay was the daughter of the late Jim and Doris Hollinback Hazen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward D. Krupa on Sept. 30, 2011. They were married on Sept. 9, 1958. Kay had retired as a Registered Nurse at the Beaver Medical Center where she worked for over 25 years. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Parish. She was also a member…

Mary C. Yerace, 87, of Ellwood City passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016 in the Evergreen Nursing Center. Mary was born on Nov. 5, 1928 in Ellwood City to the late Pietro and Carmen DeJonghe. She had attended Lincoln High School, and is a member of the Christian Assembly Church. Mary had worked at Ellwood Dustproof, and then as a cook for Mary’s Pizza, IMB Frays and JoAnn McNutt’s Catering Service. Charles A. “Chuck” Casuccio, Jr., of Ellwood City passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 in the Good Samaritan Hospice. Chuck was born on Aug. 18, 1940 to the late Charles A. and Catherine Hilda Myers Casuccio, Sr. He had attended Lincoln High School. Chuck worked as an over the road truck driver for most of his life. Kimberly Sue Lordi, 51 of Evans Drive, Ellwood City passed away at her residence on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. surrounded by her family. Born in Ellwood City on March 29, 1965, Kim was the daughter of the Harry James and Judith Lynn Johnston Guy of Ellwood City. Kim is also survived by her husband, Domenic “D. Born August 8, 1924 in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Alphonso and Margaret DeRose D’Amore. Marie was married to George O. Pander who passed away November 9, 2006. Alfred N. Sberna, 91, of Ellwood City passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2016. He was born on Oct. 24, 1924 in Ellwood City to the late Virgilio and Lisena Foiani Sberna. Alfred is a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1942.
