Christina R. Santillo, 95, of Ellwood City, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 10, 2019, at the home of her son in Valencia following a courageous 18-month battle with cancer. She was born in Chewton on November 4, 1923, the daughter of the late Joseph and Jennie (D’Andrea) Maietta. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1941. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael L. Santillo, who died January 24, 1989. They were married August 1, 1942. Frances M. Evans, 76, of North Sewickley Twp., Ellwood City passed away Friday, May 10, 2019 at Vibra Hospital in Boardman, Ohio following a brief illness. Born February 25, 1943 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Wetzel and Gladys (Stoups) Murphy. Frances graduated from Lincoln High School and was a Notary Public from 1989 -2017. She had an amazing collection of porcelain dolls. Frances enjoyed flower gardening, especially roses. She loved time spent with family, especially with her grandchildren. Jeraldyne Ann Rambo, 71, of Tionesta passed away Thursday, May 9, 2019 at the home of her daughter in Wampum following a three year illness. Born January 15, 1948 in New Brighton, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Virginia Claire (Wolfe) Haswell. Jerry formerly worked as a Sales Associate at Wal-Mart in Chippewa. She had also previously worked at Life Management in Beaver Falls. She was affiliated with the Chippewa Alliance Church. Jerry loved to play bingo and cards. Alice Elizabeth “Betty” Klindienst Januszkiewicz, 97, of Huntington, WV, formerly of Ellwood City,  died on  Friday May 3, 2019 in Huntington. Betty was born August 9, 1921 in Ellwood City, to  the late Alvie William Klindienst, Sr. and Gladys Thomas Klindienst. She was a graduate of Lincoln (Ellwood City) High School, class of 1939. She also graduated from NY Polytechnic Clinic in NYC in 1945, and  was a registered nurse at Ellwood City Hospital and Passavant Hospital here. Mrs. Irene F. McCrumb (Brangers), 83 went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 6, 2019 at her home in Fombell. Mrs. McCrumb was born in Louisville KY to the late James Basil and Marcella (Olliges) Brangers. Mrs. McCrumb worked for the telephone company as a telephone operator. She met the love of her life, Chester Carlton McCrumb II, who precedes her in death, at a USO dance when he was stationed at Fort Knox, KY. They were married on Derby Day May 7, 1955. Pellicano,  77,  of Freedom,  formerly  of Ellwood City, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, on Sunday afternoon, May  5 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospice at Heritage  Valley Beaver. She was born in Farrell PA,  on May 10, 1941, to the late  Anthony  and Josephine Cara Chiurazzi. Nancy graduated from  Farrell  High School. Her family was her pride and joy.
