Perry Alan DuBois Sr., 29, of Clover Ave., Ellwood City died as the result of injuries received from a motor vehicle accident on Route 18 on Tuesday, May 22, 2018. Born August 30, 1988 in New Castle, he was the son of Sherry Klingensmith of New Castle and the late Frank DuBois. He was married to Amy Romano DuBois for almost 10 years as they were married August 16, 2008. She survives. Perry worked for Frito Lay in Cranberry for the past 5 years. Mrs. Josephine M. Massine, 98, of Ellwood City passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018 at the Trinity Oaks Care Center. Mrs. Massine was born on September 3, 1919 in Ellwood City to the late Domenico and Bertha Florio (Flowers) Ierace. She had attended Lincoln High School, and is a member of the Holy Redeemer Parish. During World War II, Josephine worked at the U.S. Steel Tube Mill in Ellwood City. She is a member of the Golden Agers. and she enjoyed bingo, bowling and playing cards. Virginia A. “Ginie” Walters, 67, of Perry Township, passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018 at St. John Specialty Care Center in Mars. Born on October 12, 1950 in Pittsburgh, PA Ginie was the daughter of the late Raymond and Regina Schneider Adams.  She graduated from Perry High School and later married David M. Walters on June 26, 1969.  Ginie and David enjoyed visiting Niagara Falls as often as they could.  She loved to read and watch movies, but Ginie’s family meant the world to her, especially her grandchildren. Mark  A. Campbell, 61, of Ellwood City (Franklin Twp.), passed away peacefully on  Monday afternoon,  May 21, 2018 at his home. He was born in Ellwood City on August 25 1956, to the late Wayne T. Campbell, and the late Clara C. Yeykal Campbell. Mark graduated from Lincoln High School in Ellwood City, class of 1974. He attended both Edinboro University and the University of Pittsburgh. Passionate about politics, he worked for the Edward “Ted”  Kennedy campaign for President and other campaigns. Mr. Ernest C. Mallary, 76, of Wayne Twp. passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the UPMC Jameson Hospital. Steven C. Palatka, 69, of Ellwood City, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at his residence. Born February 27, 1949, Steven was the son of the late Steve Z. and Pauline (Savu) Palatka. A 1967 graduate of Lincoln High School, Steven subsequently studied engineering technology at Point Park College, where he was a member of Lamda Chi Alpha fraternity. Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Doris Kathleen Miller, 85 of Fombell passed away peacefully at home on Friday May 18th, 2018. Born August 9th, 1932 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Adam and Willa (Daufen) Varner. A 1950 graduate of Lincoln High School. She first worked at Margaret’s Restaurant. She retired in 2003 after being employed as a care giver at Passavant Health Center for 38 years. A 33-year member of the Teamsters Local 529, she served as a union steward for 12 years. Dan C. Coulter, 57, of Ellwood City, passed away at his residence on Saturday, May 19th following a five-year battle with colon cancer. Henry Eugene Krupa, 13 months, of Ellwood City passed away surrounded by his family on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. Born April 19, 2017 in Magee Hospital in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Henry Joseph Krupa Jr. and Davina Marie Clark, both of Ellwood City. Henry was very brave and a strong fighter.
