Born May 19, 1922 in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late LaRue and Bertha Murray Gortner. She was married to Howard Oberfeitinger for 51 years when he passed away in 1998. Mrs. Oberfeitinger began her teaching career in the East McKeesport Schools and retired from the Ellwood City Area Schools in November of 1984 as a First Grade Teacher at Hartman Elementary. Mr. Nash was born on November 14, 1943 in Ellwood City to the late Larry and Theresa (Macri) Nash. He had graduated from Lincoln High School wit the class of 1961, and served with the U.S. Army Reserves.
