Richard C. Kiselka, 73, of Ellwood City passed away Thursday, June 26, 2025 at his residence following a courageous battle with cancer. Born December 16, 1951, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Norma Marie Kiselka-Finke. Richard graduated from Franklin High School, attended the School of Veterinary Medicine, and is a member of the Lillyville Church of God. An Army Veteran, Richard served during the Vietnam War in Korea with Company A 728th Military Police Battalion. Following a brief illness David J. Koach, 77, of Portland Oregon, died June 23, 2025 at his residence surrounded by his family. Born in Ellwood City PA, he was the son of the late Glenn and Helenann (Tallon) Koach. Although moving to Portland in 1972, Dave always considered Ellwood City to be his home town.
