Shirley F. Murphy, 75, of New Beaver Boro, Wampum passed away Saturday, August 24, 2019 at her residence following a lengthy illness. Born February 10, 1944 in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Dale and Rosanna Jane (Cogley) Haines. She was married to George F. Murphy for 51 years when he died July 23, 2012. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Midge Leighber, and four brothers, Jim, Don, Raymond, and Tom Haines. A homemaker, Shirley enjoyed cooking and baking. Jason D. “Jake” Taylor, 53, of Perry Twp., Ellwood City passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 in Gettysburg. Born December 31, 1965 in Butler, he was the son of the late Dallas and Geneva (Morgan) Taylor. He was married to Vicki Sturm Taylor who died January 17, 2017. Marc R. Hill, 28, of Baden, formerly of Shenango Township, passed away on Monday, August 19 2019. He was born in Ellwood City on October 10 1990 to the late John Crespo, and Christina Hill of Fombell. Marc graduated from Shenango High School in 2009. He received his training as an EMT from Medic Rescue. Marc worked for Medic Rescue Ambulance Service for several years.
