Mr. Vincent C. Russo, Jr., 62, of Scott Township, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at his residence. Vince was born on April 10, 1957, in New Castle to Vincent C. and Yolanda (Mercuri) Russo, Sr. of North Sewickley Twp. He is a member of the Riverside High School class of 1975 and graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Avionics with a degree in Avionics. Mr. David E. Brooks ESQ., 86, of Franklin Township, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at his residence. Mr. Brooks was born on May 19, 1933, in Pittsburgh to the late Horatio and Connie (Donahue) Brooks. He had graduated from Crafton High School with the class of 1951. Following high school, he enlisted with the U.S. Army on May 7, 1953, and served until his discharge on May 4, 1956. Mrs. Winnie Stiles, 97, of Perry Twp. passed away on Monday, January 20, 2020, at her residence. Mrs. Stiles was born on July 17, 1922, in Berwinsdale, Pa to the late Edward and Marie (Bloom) Johns, Sr. She had graduated from Coalport High School. For 20 years she worked at Dom’s IGA in Ellwood City in the meat department. She enjoyed flowers, bird watching, and most of all being with her grandchildren. Mr. Tom J. Cupac, 60, of Darlington passed away on Friday, January 17, 2020 at his residence. Tom was born on September 1, 1959, in Ellwood City to the late Joseph M. and Judith L. (Libendorfer) Cupac. He had attended Lincoln High School. For the past 11 years, Tom worked at IEF (Industrial Equipment Fabricators) in Ellwood City. James Patrick Sudano, 61 of Ellwood City passed away at his residence on Thursday, January 16, 2020. Born in Ellwood City on March 21, 1958 to Dorothy Ferrese Sudano of Ellwood City and the late Anthony Sudano.  James is also survived by his wife, the former Connie A. Linda L. McLaughlin, 75, of Portersville passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 following a short illness. Born December 7, 1944 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Leland and Anna (Stoops) Brown. Linda graduated from Riverside High School with the Class of 1963.
