He was the son of Blaine Olinger and the late Frances Olinger and he was born on July 11, 1973, in New Brighton, PA. M. Patricia Seaburn, 81, passed away Monday, February 17, 2020 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh surrounded by loved ones. Born July 28, 1938 in McKeesport, PA, she was the daughter of the late Earl Woodferd and Mildred Virginia (Johnson) Dougherty. As a child, she moved with her parents and sister to the Shadyrest area of Ellwood City and grew up along the Connoquenessing Creek, spending many days canoeing and caring for her pet animals. Cindy L. Stabryla, 61, of Chewton, passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020 in the emergency room at UPMC Jameson.
