Scottie Frum, 21, of Chewton, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh surrounded by his family. Born in Beaver on January 10, 1998, Scottie is the son of Megan & Ryan McClintick of Chewton and Scott & Kristina Frum of Ellwood City.  Scottie was a 2016 graduate of Lincoln High School.  He worked at both the Log Cabin Inn and Sim’s and at both places, he genuinely enjoyed his coworkers.  Music was his life, he loved going to concerts and was known to send snaps of himself singing to friends.  He enjoyed camping and cooking. …

Mr. Samuel A. Battaglia, 76, of Ellwood City passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at the Allegheny General Hospital. Mr. Battaglia was born on December 10, 1942 in Ellwood City to Joseph A. Battaglia, Sr. and Mary (Mangelli) Battaglia. Sam had graduated from Lincoln High School and attended Gannon University. He started out working as a claims adjuster for the Pennsylvania Manufacturing Insurance Company and later at Pittsburgh Tube in Monaca. James L. McQuiston, 59, formerly of Enon Valley passed away at his residence in Ellwood City on Monday, March 4, 2019. Jim was born on November 19, 1959 in Ellwood City to Leroy McQuiston and the late Bertha (Miller) McQuiston. He had worked as a truck driver for Aiken Refuge and later for Valley Waste Service Inc. Dolores M. Greco, 89, of Ellwood City, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 9:01 PM. Born in Ellwood City on November 2, 1929 Dolores was the daughter of the late Aloysius L. and Josephine M. Brown Turner.  She is survived by her husband, Joseph V.
