Roger R. McPheron, 85

Roger R. McPheron, 85, of Little Beaver Twp. passed away Saturday, May 11, 2019 at his residence following an extended illness. Born March 22, 1934 in Johnson Twp., Ohio, he was the son of the late Charles Ross and Ellen (Houk) McPheron. He was married to Alice Sheetz McPheron for 51 years when she passed away October 20, 2009. Roger retired from Y&N Railroad in Youngstown where he was a brakeman and conductor. He proudly served in the Marine Corp during the Korean War. He was an active member and former commander of the VFW Post# 8106 in New Galilee….

Judith M. “Judi” Stoops, 74 of Wurtemburg passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Heritage Valley Medical Center. Born in Beaver on March 16, 1945, Judi was the daughter of the late Daniel and Louise Murphy Weisz, Sr.  Judi is survived by her husband, Carl P. Frances M. Evans, 76, of North Sewickley Twp., Ellwood City passed away Friday, May 10, 2019 at Vibra Hospital in Boardman, Ohio following a brief illness. Born February 25, 1943 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Wetzel and Gladys (Stoups) Murphy. Frances graduated from Lincoln High School and was a Notary Public from 1989 -2017. She had an amazing collection of porcelain dolls. Frances enjoyed flower gardening, especially roses. She loved time spent with family, especially with her grandchildren.
