Thomas O. Rice, 88, of the Village at  St. Barnabas, Gibsonia, formerly of Ellwood City, passed away peacefully on Friday morning, May 24 2019. He was born in Ellwood City  on December 10 1930 to the late Oran V. and Ethel K. McKelvey  Rice. Tom graduated from Lincoln High School in 1948, and Geneva College in Beaver Falls in 1973.  He later  attained his  master’s degree from Westminster College in New Wilmington. Joseph Ionellie, 85, of Ellwood City, passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at the Bridgeville Rehabilitation & Care Center. Born in Wayne Twp., on October 31, 1933 Joseph was the son of the late David and Lena Luongo Ioannilli.  Joseph was preceded in death by his wife, the former Ida J. Glenn Leroy Armstrong, 81, of Chippewa passed away Monday, May 20, 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Heritage Valley Hospital. Born September 21, 1937 in Butler, he was the son of the late Edwin P. and Mary A. (Deal) Armstrong. He was married to Toyoko Nishida Armstrong for 54 years when she passed away November 9, 2011. Timothy W. Burns, 72, of Perry Twp. passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at the Good Samaritan Hospice in Wexford. Mr. Burns was born on June 24, 1946, in New Castle to the late James and Pauline (Sizer) Burns. Dorothy I. Munnell, 87, of Ellwood City, passed away at her residence on Monday, May 13, 2019. Born in Beaver Falls on September 29, 1931, Dorothy was the daughter of the late Paul and Angelina Marosi Galli.  She is survived by her husband, Robert L.
