Edward Herman Berendt, 78, of Ellwood City, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at home peacefully surrounded by his wife and children. Ed was born in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania on May 6,1945 to the late Margaret Miller Berendt and William M. Berendt, Sr.  He worked at multiple steel mills in the area and finished his career at the Ellwood City Forge.
