Mrs. Jennifer I. Martino, 64, of New Castle passed away on Friday, April 16th, 2021 at the UPMC Jameson Hospital. Mrs. Martino was born on April 1, 1957 in New Brighton to the late Howard and Ruth (Shaver) McDonald. She had graduated from New Brighton High School. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she was a wonderful homemaker. Stephen J. Douglas, 57, of Ellwood City passed away on Thursday, April 15th, 2021 at the Heritage Valley Medical Center in Beaver, following a brief illness. Stephen was born on January 1st, 1964 in Lewisham, England to the late Robert and Jean Alice (Jones) Douglas. He graduated from High School in England. James L. Hoover, 93, of Austintown, Ohio, passed away at the Austin Wood Care Facility on April 14, 2021. James was born in Ellwood City on April 13, 1928, son to the late Leo and Lillian Kistner Hoover. After graduating from high school, James enlisted in the United States Navy and was discharged with honors. He married his first wife, Margaret King, in 1952, and after her passing, he married Shirleen Porter on May 29, 1971, who also preceded James in death. Mr. Carsele was born on January 10, 1930 in Ellwood City to the late James and Esther (Barile) Carsele, Sr.. He had graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1947.
