Born February 15, 1930 in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Hazel Youkers Herold . She was married to Frank Thomas McConnell for 37 years. He passed on March 3,1986. Veva was a member of the Moravia Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles. Her family was her life. She was the daughter of the late Leo and Hazel Irene (Himes) Schlemmer and was born on July 31, 1934, in Franklin Township. Born September 6, 1927 in Enon Valley, she was the daughter of the late Charles H. and Bessie Robinson Raney. She was married to Howard A. Gwin for 48 years. He passed away on April 12, 2001. Eleanor was a graduate of the Jameson School of Nursing. She retired from the Jameson Memorial Hospital, where she worked many years as a Registered Nurse. Born June 17, 1932 in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late William S. and Emma R. Roth Kaldy. She was married to Benedict “Ben” Birtalan for 57 years until his death, September 29, 2009.
