Walter Judson “Judd” Blinn Jr., 85, of Slippery Rock Township passed away peacefully at his residence on Monday, December 7, 2020. Born May 1, 1935 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Walter Judson and Jessie Ardella Smith Blinn. He was married to Marilyn Howell Blinn for 58 years. They were married in August,1962. Judd retired from Shenango High School in 1992 after 35 years, where he taught 7th and 8th grade general science. His first year of teaching was with the New Brighton School District. Elmer Edward Allman, 84, Ellwood City passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 4, 2020 at UPMC Hamot Hospital in Erie. Born December 18, 1935 in Marshall Township, he was the son of the late Henry Edward and Lillian Boehm Allman. Elmer grew up working on the family farm.
