Born June 16, 1948 in Beaver Falls, he was the son of the late Clarence K. and Florence E. McClurg Cummins. He was married to Jane E. Zeh Cummins for 52 years. Bill served in the United States Navy during Vietnam and Desert Shield and retired as a Sr. Chief Petty Officer.
