An Ellwood City man was charged Monday with several counts of sexual offenses against a minor. According to the criminal complaint, David Lollo, 34, of Ellwood City, conducted sexual behavior around a 13-year old girl during times she was at his residence. The complaint specifies that Lollo exposed himself numerous times in front of the girl. He also attempted to be in a hot tub while he was naked with the girl, as well as laid naked beside the girl on a couch. In one instance, Lollo attempted to forcefully remove the girl’s clothes. DUI Passenger Threatens to Call Mayor According to the criminal complaint, Larry Anthony, 60, of Ellwood City, was charged with a DUI and failure to stop at a stop sign. The incident occurred on Dec. 20 around 12:45 a.m. when an officer observed a vehicle run a stop sign. Man Assaults Woman Over Christmas Lights and Throws Christmas Tree Out of Window According to the criminal complaint, on Dec. 8 at approximately 2 a.m., officers responded to a domestic disturbance on First Street. Fire Firefighter Assaults Fiance According to the criminal complaint, on Dec. 2, Corey Wearing, 35, of Ellwood City assaulted his fiance. On Dec. 3, police visited the victim at the Ellwood City hospital where she was being treated for injuries.
