TERRORISTIC THREATS: Lorenzo Wells, 57, of Wayne Township, is charged with Simple Assault and Terroristic Threats after an incident on March 2nd. According to a criminal complaint, after a domestic dispute Wells threw a 58-year-old female victim to the ground, soaked her in gasoline, and threatened to set her on fire. NARCOTICS AND FIREARM CHARGES: Daniel Feliciano, 49, pleaded guilty to six counts of violating federal narcotics and firearm laws on February 12, 2026. In connection with the guilty plea, the Court was advised that, between October 2022 and March 2024, Feliciano conspired with others to distribute cocaine throughout Western Pennsylvania, specifically in the New Castle area. In addition to the conspiracy charge, Feliciano pleaded guilty to distributing and/or possessing with intent to distribute quantities of cocaine on three different dates, as well as possessing a firearm as a convicted felon and in furtherance of his drug trafficking crimes. THEFT: Gary Weir, 41, of Sharon is charged with Theft after an incident on November 21, 2025. According to a criminal complaint, and at approximately 7:00 p.m., a female victim reported several items of her personal property were stolen from her residence on Wayne Avenue. The victim explain her residence had caught fire and she was staying in a hotel but related that a shed on the property had an older model Kawaski ATV, a bicycle, and other miscellaneous items. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Ryan Lambright, 21, of Ellwood City is charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after an incident occurring on January 4th. According to a criminal complaint, and at approximately 7:23 a.m., police were dispatched to Shop ‘N Save on Pittsburgh Circle after a report of a large 2×4 being thrown through the window. The reporting party advised that she believed it to be her ex-boyfriend, Lambright. SIMPLE ASSAULT: Michael Miller, 74, of Ellwood City and Joel Thomas, 48, of Wampum are each charged with Simple Assault after an incident occurring on October 4th. According to a criminal complaint, and at approximately 4:00 p.m., officers responded to a report of a physical domestic between Miller and his son, Thomas. Police spoke to both parties who relayed that Miller had arrived at the residence on Harriet St in Wampum to confront Thomas about his argument and physical conflict with Thomas’ wife.
