Riverside Baseball Federation 2024 Registration Now Available

Riverside Baseball Federation (RBF) spring registration for its 2024 season is now underway. Those who drive near the Beaver River Bridge Replacement Project are beginning to notice that construction of the new bridge over the Beaver River is now underway. The contractor is currently constructing new abutment footings and drilled shafts, pier footings and columns. Additionally, earthwork and drainage work continues to allow for the wider road and the new interchange ramps being constructed. BC3 To Expand Pioneer Pantry To Lawrence Crossing As Part Of $20K Grant

New Castle, PA — A Butler County Community College food security program for low-income students will receive a $20,000 grant that will in part expand a 4½-year-old main campus Pioneer Pantry to BC3 @ Lawrence Crossing and to other BC3 additional locations in Armstrong, Butler and Jefferson counties. POLICE: Weekly Police Blotter

THEFT: On the dates of January 16th and 17th, multiple victims have reported thefts in the area of Perry Highway and Frew Mill Road in Perry Township, Lawrence County. Through investigation, PA State Police have discovered that several wallets, mechanical tools, check books, and a firearm were taken from the vehicles that were unlocked and parked in driveways. Donation Made To ECPD K9 Fund and Youth Bureau Program

A $5,000 donation through the efforts of the KC Venezie Charitable Foundation and Mayor Anthony J. Court was made this week to the Ellwood City Police Department K9 Fund and Youth Bureau Program. The donation was provided to help support the police departments programs that assist with community protection and safety.
