Monaca, Pa. – Nursing experts at PracticalNursing.org ranked the Community College of Beaver County Practical Nursing (PN) program the #1 Program in Pennsylvania in 2015. Bridge Safety Inspection operations on the Leslie Sabo (Sims Street) Bridge in the Borough of Ellwood City will begin on Friday, Feb. 19, 2016. The work will be completed between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Traffic will be maintained through the work area but expect minor delays. It’s anticipated that the work will be completed by the end of the workday on Friday, Feb. 19, 2016.

Hitched and Unhitched has been updated for the winter months of December and January. The region experienced a mild winter full of mud instead of snow. Overall, the number of couples making radical life decisions via marriage or divorce was rather low.
