Dr. Wayne Patrick Burick, 86, of Chewton, PA, peacefully passed away on June 21st ,2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born on March 17, 1939, in Chewton, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Frank and Jessie (Rocco) Burick. A proud graduate of Wampum High School, Class of 1957, Wayne went on to attend Youngstown State University and later earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati.
