Mrs. Ringle was born on June 19, 1941 in Ellwood City to the late Gerald “Barney” and Betty (Brown) Barnett. She had graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1959 and from Slippery Rock State College with a degree in Education. Mary Jane was born on July 20, 1925 in Altoona, Pa to the late Joseph and Jennie (Carmosin0) Russo. She, along with her parents moved to Ellwood City in 1926.
