Andrew was born on November 23rd, 1938 in New Brighton to the late Adolph “Red” and Barbara (Skupnik) Tomei. He served in the United States Navy and was a member of Divine Grace Parish, Holy Redeemer Church, where he was an usher for many years. Justin was born on October 11th, 1992 in Beaver to Chad Randall DeVideo and Ladonna Miller.
