Mr. Cistolo was born on December 21, 1929 in Ellwood City to the late Carmine R. and Elvira Rotolo Cistolo. He is a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1947, and the Holy Redeemer Parish. Mr. Lester C. Ruby, 93, of Koppel passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017 in the Good Samaritan Hospice. Lester was born on December 20, 1923 in Koppel to the late Norman S. and Anna Baker Ruby. He enlisted with the U.S. Army on February 22, 1943 and served with the Head Quarter Company 2nd Battalion 71st Infantry of the 44th Division until his discharge on November 6, 1945.
