Haunted Hill View Manor

Located on the outskirts of New Castle lies one of the most popular western Pennsylvania ghost hunting locations- Hill View Manor. The manor is an 85,000 square foot building that opened in the 1920’s as a  “poor farm” and halfway house but was later turned into a care facility in the 1970’s. Controversially, presidential candidate Donald Trump is scheduled to be hosting a rally at the Ambridge Area High School gymnasium Monday, October 10, in hopes to gain back his lost popularity in Pennsylvania. Breaking News: Protestors Outside of the Municipal Building

Several Ellwood residents can be spotted outside the municipal building holding signs and protesting against Ellwood Electric. 11 Year Old Riverside Student Sings National Anthem at Pirates Game on Tuesday

Alexa Speicher, an 11 year old student at Riverside, sang the national anthem at the Pirates game Tuesday night. Alexa’s mother, Tanya, said that when Alexa was about four years old she started showing a particular interest in singing- specifically the national anthem, after she witnessed the song being sung at a sporting event. Ellwood Borough Proactively Working Toward a Cleaner Environment

After recent reports of sewer contents draining into the creek behind CVS, the Borough took immediate action to resolve this particular problem, however, due to the aged infrastructure of the Borough it is likely there are more overflows that will need to be addressed. Fall decorations are taking the town by storm as the community prepares for tomorrow’s Fall Fest.
