No candidate for political office, whether local, county, state or federal, shall post any political signs on Borough property without registering at the Municipal Building, 525 Lawrence Avenue, Ellwood City PA 16117. The registration procedure involves a $50 deposit, which will be returned if the following regulations are complied with: no sign shall be placed prior to four weeks before the date of election and must be removed within five days after the election. If the signs are left on Borough property after this time period, they will be removed by the Borough and the deposits will be retained. If removed within the proper time period, deposit may be returned two and a half weeks after election, allowing the borough time to ascertain that the signs have been removed.
I think it is so cute; adorable really, that the “sheeple”
still think elections matter.
Below are just two of many studies that prove the point:

Multivariate analysis indicates that economic elites and organized groups representing business interests have substantial independent impacts on US government policy, while average citizens and mass-based interest groups have little or no independent influence. In English: the wealthy few move policy, while the average American has little power.
Just saying we’re number one does not make it so.
Let’s all feel good and chant together: USA! USA! USA!
