Peter C. Wallace, 66

Peter C. Wallace, 66, of Ellwood City, passed away peacefully, his family by his side, on Tuesday, October 4 2016 in the Ellwood City Hospital following a brief illness.
He was born in Ellwood City on June 26, 1950, to the late W. Paul Wallace and the late Letitia Clyde Wallace.
Pete graduated from Lincoln High School in Ellwood City, class of 1969. He was a member of Christ Presbyterian Church in Ellwood City.
Pete was employed for 47 year at Loccisano’s Golden Dawn in Ellwood City, as a receiving clerk.
Pete enjoyed fishing, gardening, and reading. He also enjoyed going to the casino.
He is survived by his loving wife, Marcia Brunner Wallace, and by two brothers: John P. (and Debbie) Wallace of Greensburg PA; and James H. Wallace of Ellwood City.
One nephew, Jarrod Wallace of Pittsburgh, and one niece, Adrienne (and Matt) Doherty of Denver CO also survive, as well as one great niece, Audra Doherty.
He will be sorely missed by his best friends, Shelley and Mike LaCava, and his childhood buddy, Nick Gibb of California.
Friends will be received from 10 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 8 , in the TURNER FUNERAL HOME, 500 Sixth Street, Ellwood City.
A Memorial Service will be conducted at TURNERS on Saturday, October 8, at 11:00 A .M. with the Rev. Tom Clyde officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, or VITAS Hospice, 2009 Mackenzie Way, Suite 110, Cranberry Twp., PA 16066. .
