Ellwood City Public Library Activities For Week Of August 10th

• The Ellwood City Area Public Library offers a variety of weekly activities. Information is available by calling the library at 724-758-6458.

Hours are Monday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Please remember no one is available to take your calls unless it is in the hours listed above.

BOOK SALE COLLECTION:

We are now taking donations for the book sale in October. We do not take text books, readers digest condensed books, magazines, encyclopedias or VHS tapes.

Activities taking place this week include.

MONDAY, AUGUST 10

• 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.

TUESDAY, AUGUST 11

• 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.
• 7:00 p.m. – “Twenty-Something Book Group,” will be discussing the book “The Bones Beneath My Skin” by T.J. Klune on Zoom.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12

• 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.

THURSDAY, AUGUST 13

• 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.
• 2:00 p.m. – “Afternoon Book Group for Adults,” will be discussing the book “The First Ladies” by Marie Benedict.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 14

• 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. – “Coloring for Adults,” bring your own supplies or use ours.
• 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. – “Adult Knitting Group,” work on your own individual projects while socializing with other knitters.
