According to Redfin.com, homes in Lawrence County sold for more than 21.2% since last year with a median sale price of $180,000.00 More specifically, the Ellwood City housing market is somewhat competitive. The median sale price of a home in Ellwood City was $189,000.00 last month, up 55.7% since last year. The median sale price per square foot in Ellwood City is $106.00
