According to RocketHomes.com, homes in Lawrence County have sold for 1.7% more than they did a year ago with a median price of $152,496. More specifically, Ellwood City real estate is a seller’s market with homes selling for 3.1% more than they did in May 2024 and a median price of $165,000.00
