According to Rocket Homes, homes in Lawrence County have sold for 10.4% more than they did a year ago with the median home sold price in Lawrence County at $154,654 in January 2025, up 10.4% from last year. More specifically, the real estate market in Ellwood City in January 2025 was characterized by a 9.5% increase in the number of homes for sale, and a median list price of $163,900.
