As part of the PennDOT SR351 project, Folino Construction will start milling and paving Lawrence Avenue and 5th Street on Monday, October 28, 2024.
The topcoat will also be applied to Crescent Avenue in the coming days.
Due to this project, parking on Lawrence Avenue and 5th Street will be prohibited for two weeks starting on Monday, October 28, 2024.

A roadway improvement project on Route 351 (Crescent Avenue) between Second Street and Fourth Street was completed earlier this summer.
