The Ellwood City Area Egg Hunt Committee thanks everyone who made the 23rd Annual Egg Hunt possible. This year’s egg hunt had over 600 children and 6,000 eggs.
The winners of the golden eggs were October Freet, Malayna Means, Lena Rose Smith, Makenzie Michaels, Anastasis Ryan, Luca Carsele, Evelynn Newhart, Allison Weaver, Giulian Frisk, Brayden Heaton, Danny Viscuso, Julianna VanGorder, Stevie Sockaci, De’Asia Myers, Shakara Myers, Dakota Weldon, Seth Weldon, Logan Dickinson, Ariana Contino, Aidan Crepp, Hunter Krieser, Aaron Burk and Izzy Contino.
The committee thanks those who portrayed characters: Kaitlyn Wright and Catlain Froce as Elsa, Makaila Holsinger as Floppy the Easter Bunny, Joey Cortez as Elmo, Devin Cortez as Superman, Rickki Basile as Spiderman and Emma Bowland as a princess.
The committee also thanks those who volunteered for face painting, the Lincoln High School Caring team under the supervision of Rick Deloia and the Wayne Township Fire Department for bringing a fire truck for the children to explore.
