In a press release made available by the Borough, Ellwood City residents are asked to disregard the latest utility bill received for May as a processing error unintentionally resent last month’s bill.
The press release reads as follows:
Ellwood City residents, please disregard the latest utility bill that you received for May. Due to a processing error with our 3rd party vendor, April’s bill was unintentionally resent as May’s.
The corrected bill will be mailed on Monday May 9th and the new due date will be Wednesday May 25th instead of May 18th. If you have already paid your bill based on what you already received, please call the Utility Billing Office after your new bill is received and your payment will be adjusted.
