Penn State Extension To Offer Anger Management Classes

Penn State Extension in Lawrence County presents Anger Management Classes. Classes will be June 20 and June 27 from 6:00 pm -8:00 pm located at the New Castle Public Library.

Participants will learn: What triggers your anger, recognizing when you get angry, Constructive ways to manage your anger. The training will also address the five types of anger; anger at self, others’ anger at us, our anger at others, anger at those who are absent, and abstract anger. Anger can be managed. As you learn to manage your anger, you will increase your self-worth and create deeper emotional connection to others.

Registration fee is $50 per person. Upon completing the class, a certificate will be provided.
