Ellwood City’s 6th Free Summer Concert Series in the Community Plaza will begin June 16th with the Red Barn Players Sing Broadway on Main kicking off the series. The concert series schedule is as follows:
- Saturday, June 16 – Red Barn Players Sing Broadway on Main
- Saturday, June 23 – Brok’n Pic
- Saturday, July 7 – Beaver County Wind Symphony
- Saturday, July 14 – Hopewell Community Big Band
- Saturday, July 21 – Allegheny Brass Band
- Saturday, July 28 – Wine and Spirit
- Saturday, August 11 – 2nd Avenue Project
The concerts are FREE and performances, which begin at 7:00pm, are planned and hosted by the Concert Series Committee and Ellwood City Community Enrichment (ECCE). Remember to bring your chair!
The Concert Series is made possible by many volunteers and generous sponsorships. The performances are also sponsored by Ellwood City area businesses and individuals including: Ellwood Group Inc, Blank Concrete & Supply, Carol Kinney, WesBanco Bank, Charles & Marsha Timblin, Katy’s Homestyle Bakery, Municipal Women’s Club, Blanche Novak, Women of Faith International Inc, and Wurtemburg Presbyterian Church. Performances have also been made possible by the Lawrence County Commissioners, the Caroline Knox Memorial Fund and the May Emma Hoyt Foundation.
