“The swimming pool was a life sustaining facility in our community and our goal is to bring it back better than ever. We want to make sure the facility is available to our children, seniors, persons with disabilities and to also be used as a competitive arena as well. This is a social enterprise project that will create jobs and sustainable revenue to support the pool and bring people into the community,” said Gayle Young, Executive Director United Way of Lawrence County.
United Way Mission: To increase the organized capacity of people to care for one another.
