Mary K. Palinski, 85, of Fombell passed away Friday, March 6, 2026, at her residence.
Born September 2, 1940, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Elizabeth Murphy. She was married to John E. “Buddy” Palinski for 57 years when he passed away on April 10, 2016.
Mary retired from the Riverside High School Cafeteria. She was Catholic by faith. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, traveling, and going camping in Tionesta.
Survivors include her daughter, Theresa (Jim) Calhoun of New Castle; two grandsons, Jonathon (Kaitlyn) Palinski of Butler and James Calhoun of Ellwood City; two granddaughters, Victoria (Shelley) Palinski of Shenango Twp. and Natasha Calhoun of Troy, Ohio, and her daughter-in-law, Myra Lee Palinski of North Sewickley Twp.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son John Palinski II on December 25, 2022.
A celebration of life service and luncheon will be held at Living Faith Church 1718 PA-588 Fombell, PA 16123 on Sunday March 15, 2026, at 1 pm.
