THEFT:
Gary Weir, 41, of Sharon is charged with Theft after an incident on November 21, 2025. According to a criminal complaint, and at approximately 7:00 p.m., a female victim reported several items of her personal property were stolen from her residence on Wayne Avenue. The victim explain her residence had caught fire and she was staying in a hotel but related that a shed on the property had an older model Kawaski ATV, a bicycle, and other miscellaneous items. She was later notified by that individuals hired by the property management company removed the property from the shed and showed police surveillance images the report relates. Based on the images and Ohio registration plate, Weir was identified the property management company confirmed they subcontract work to Weir. Police contacted Weir who admitted to removing the property and has since returned two bicycles the report relates.
THEFT:
A 74-year-old female from Ellwood City is reported to be a victim of theft over several months by an at home care giver. The victim who resided on Spring Avenue, Ellwood City, suffered some health related ailments and as a result entered into a rehab facility from July 2025 to November 2025. The known suspect during that time proceeded to steal jewelry from the victim’s residence while she was not home and sell it to a store namely Treasure Hunt according to a police report. The stolen property included miscellaneous gold, silver, and other types of jewelry valued at $225,838.94. This investigation is ongoing.
THEFT:
Alysia Trent, 38, of Beaver, is charged with Theft and Bad Checks after an incident on September 24, 2025. According to a criminal complaint, an employee of Blank Concrete spoke with police and related that Trent wrote a check for $2,047.82 for concrete delivery which was delivered but the the check had insufficient funds. Attempts were made to contact Trent and her husband who at all times advised they would get it taken care of but as of September 2025 that discrepancy has not been settled.
THEFT:
Jackie Koering, 41, of Ellwood City is charged with theft after an incident occurring on January 16th at approximately 5:08p.m. Police were informed that Keoring had stolen winnings from a game at Ellport Junction that was approximately $1,010.00. Officers were able to review security footage from Ellport Junction and confirmed that Koering had taken the winning receipt and cashed it out, according to a criminal complaint.
THEFT:
Eric Stasiowski, 59, of New Brighton is charged with theft after September 24th at approximately 10:00a.m. Police were informed that Stasiowski wrote a bad check coming out to $900.89 to Blank Concrete on August 12th for product and services finished on August 12th. The check bounced back on August 18th, including a $25.00 insufficient funds fee, and Blank Concrete had informed Stasiowski, to which he advised he would be in with the money that Tuesday or Wednesday. Blank Concrete attempted to contact Stasiowski after not hearing from him, there was no answer according to a criminal complaint.
MURDER/SUICIDE:
On February 4th at approximately 8:50 a.m., Neshannock Township Police responded to a residence on Blair Drive, Neshannock Township, Lawrence County for a reported deceased 65-year-old male and 59-year-old female. The police requested PSP New Castle to respond and assume investigative responsibitlies. According to a public information report and preliminary investigation, the incident was a Murder/Suicide and a Major Case Team was activated to respond to the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
TERRORISTIC THREATS:
Brandon Falen, 51, of Ellwood City, is charged with Terroristic Threats after an incident on January 31st. According to a police report, PSP New Castle was dispatched to an active domestic at a residence on Laurel Avenue, Wayne Township. Upon arrival, it was found that Falen had made threats of killing everyone in the residence, cutting off his wife’s head, and killing all responding officers. The report relates that Falen attempted to resist arrest but was immediately taken into custody without further incident. Falen is charged with Terroristic Threats, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, and Harrassment. Falen was transported from the scene where he was lodged in Lawrence County Jail. The victims of this incident were an unidentified forty-five-year-old woman from Ellwood City and an unidentified twenty-two-year-old woman from Beaver Falls.
HARRASSMENT:
PSP Beaver was called to investigate a domestic violence incident on December 26, 2025 at a residence on 2nd Avenue, Koppel Borough. Charges of harassment were filed against a 34-year-old male from Koppel according to the police report. The victim of the incident was a 37-year-old female from Koppel.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT:
David Agnello, 64, of New Galilee, faces multiple charges after an incident on January 17th. According to a criminal complaint, and at approximately 8:46 a.m., police were dispatched to Wampum New Galilee Road for a report of trespassing and located the complainant who related over the past few days they have been having issues with Angello who lives accross the road from the New Beaver Borough Fire Department. The complainant reviewed survellience footage shows Angello throwing mail and smashing headlights and mirrors to a VFD pick-up truck. It was then discovered that Agnello later stopped a vehicle passing by and began pounding on the hood and failed to comply with orders to get away from the vehicle the complaint relates. Angello was forcefully taken in to custody and advise police he has past mental health issues and that he is currently off medication and was transported to a nearby hospital. A search warrant was prepared and executed on his residence where police found seven firearms along with ammunition, including two 12-gauge caliber sawed off shotguns that are prohibited under the NFA. Agnellos is charged with Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief, Harassment, Resisting Arrest, and Weapons charges.
POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER:
Jermaine Hunter, 36, of New Castle is charged with Possession with intent to deliver after an incident occurring on January 22nd at approximately 5:50p.m. Police and Drug Task Force conducted surveillance on Hunter. According to a criminal complaint, Hunter was in violation of his parole when he left a residence on Todd Ave, and was at Hazel Manor on North Street in Ellwood City. Officers and Drug Task Force made contact with Hunter who attempted to flee from officers by exiting from the bar of Hazel Manor where detectives were stationed to intercept him. Officers seized evidence left in the bar and vehicle, which were baggies of cocaine, two cell phones, and approximately $473.00 among other narcotics.
DUI:
Timothy Reisker, 36, of Ellwood City is charged with DUI after a traffic stop occurring on December 22nd at approximately 10:32p.m. Officers made contact with Reisker and observed him to be under the influence of alcohol. Police asked him to preform Standard Field Sobriety Tests which he failed, according to a criminal complain.
