Kaleb Servick and Aaron Lake combined for 46 points as Ellwood City easily dismissed New Brighton 81-50 on Friday night to clinch a WPIAL Class 3A playoff berth
Servick poured in 18 first half points as the Wolverines held a 44-20 advantage at halftime. Servick knocked home a third quarter 3-pointer en route to his game-high 26-point effort.
Lake finished with 21 rebounds (5 assists, 2 blocks) to go along with his 20 points.
Maykel Cuevas popped two 3-pointers as part of his 10-point effort. The Wolverines handed out 24 assists as a team.

RIVERSIDE DOWNS BEAVER FALLS 56-47
Cole Becker scored 25 points to lead Riverside to a 56-47 victory over Beaver Falls Friday night at Riverside.
McCartney Plassmeyer (15 points) and Logan Young (10 points) joined Becker in double figures for the Panthers.
Riverside led 25-22 at halftime and inched away from the Tigers to secure the nine point section victory that improved the Panthers regular season record to 13-5 (5-4 Section 3A-1). The Panthers next travel to play Aliquippa on Tuesday.
